The tax filing deadline is rapidly approaching, and for many consumers that means looking through last year’s financial records for various items like charitable contributions or tax deductions. Digital Insight, which offers TurboTax ® for Online Banking to its financial institution (FI) customers, took a deep dive into how consumers are using tax software and how it can benefit FI’s. Through tax exit studies and surveys, Digital Insight was able to see how the tax preparation software helps FI’s with customer engagement and retention.
